North Sunset (not waterfront) is the place to stay if you are looking for lodging where you and your guests can fully unwind in a coastal chic, home in Key West. The comfortable design and luxurious amenities are second to none in Key West and are sure to make your stay, a memorable one.

Close to the stairs, and upon entering this four-bedroom four-and-a-half-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine.

This vacation home offers the most necessary amenity for a stay in the Florida Keys, a private and rather large, covered porch. Like a local, take a seat and lean back on your private porch to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon break to read your favorite book. In North Sunset, guests can find their view of nearby neighborhood and natural foliage of the “Meadows”, a local term for the surrounding area.

Beyond visual accommodations, Bayfront Suites also offers all the creature comforts one would need in their home away from home. Parking is provided for the vacation homes, and for the electric traveler, a car charging station is provided on the property. There is also complimentary wireless internet throughout the property, including the pool and tiki hut. Other amenities such as luxurious high thread count sheets, Virtual Concierges through Alexa, wireless thermostat and just in case you don’t get to the store in time, we provide your first morning’s coffee. The best part about these amenities, are that they align with Key West’s lifestyle to do good to Mother Earth. Bayfront Suites is a certified green building and LEED Certified, which means that a stay at Bayfront Suites is a step in reducing one’s carbon footprint.

Our unique pool design is perfect for any traveler including families. There is a dip area for shallow water enjoyment that kids love and designed for even the smallest of guests in mind. There are several ledges along the pool’s edge for relaxation. Situated on the water’s edge, enjoy the view while you soak. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables line the pool deck.

A rooftop deck was designed into the building of this fabulous small resort for guest’s enjoyment as well as to aid in providing a special area for which guests can have memorable events. We encourage guests to enjoy the panorama view from this rooftop deck overlooking Garrison Bight.

We can accommodate one vessel up to 11' beam per reservation at no additional charge.

"Included in our group, we had one person with mobility issues and we needed 3 single rooms. Every guest had their own bathroom and we loved the spacious balcony. "Up-to-date, well provisioned condo. Community pool and community laundry didn’t detract from the functionality of the place. Each bedroom (4) had a private bath, which was nice. Only complaint, which doesn’t reflect on the management, is the walls were a bit thin. We could hear the stomping of the upstairs residents, which was bit annoying. Otherwise, a very nice place to rent.

"We were 4 couples spending an adventurist week together. We could not have found, 4 bedroom/4 bath accommodations better than this. We wanted something that offered a common area, in private for us to spend time together. The clean, turnkey accommodations provided everything down to toilet paper and paper towels. It provided 2 parking spaces, outside grill and pool during your stay. I believe I think I can speak for the others and say we would do it again!

"This condo is spacious and the kitchen was well appointed. The beds are all terrible. Super hard and uncomfortable for all guests. The linens were poor quality and there were not enough pillows. "This place has EVERYTHING you could ask for. When they told us all we had to bring was sunscreen, they weren't kidding. They have everything you need and even all the little things you don't think about bringing on vacation. AC worked great, appliances were great to make dinner/pop a pizza. Pool was perfect for our kids. The entire grounds were nice and clean.
Washer and dryer was a bonus too. Definitely will be staying with them again. Also, the folks from the company were very nice when we met them at their office. Perfect stay!

"We had such a great stay at Bayfront Suites! We joined friends for an extended weekend to attend the annual “Coast is Clear” music festival. Bayfront Suites is perfect for a getaway. Easy access in and out, lovely rooftop terrace to overlook Garrison Bite, and a sweet little Bayfront area with heated pool and dock. We walked and biked to and from downtown and enjoyed the scenery along the way!

"The Location and amenities are excellent. Very clean and nice.
The only point we would make is that the Pool is to small for all the multiple rental units and the Noise level from the above condo is to loud, all weekend we heard the people above walking around and talking. The blinds are light so at night the street light shines in the room brightly.

"Perfect choice for our whole family to be together for my daughter’s wedding. We rented the four bedroom condo at Bayfront Suites and it was immaculate and comfortable. The location was great and the views amazing. The only recommendation I have for management would be o consider curtains or blinds on the sliding glass door in the main area for more privacy in the evening.

Nice Getaway

"The place was very clean upon arrival. The A/C unit was a bit noisy while trying to sleep but other then that the unit as a whole was very nice. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for such a large group. You will need to have a car or call an Uber if you’re going downtown. All and all I would definitely stay again.

"The rental was clean and a good size for our group. It was nice to have one bathroom for each bedroom plus extra half bath. It is nicely decorated. Good location. It would be VERY helpful for you to provide coffee filters that fit your coffee pot. Your description says you provide coffee for the first morning, but there were no coffee filters for your coffee pot. NEED the V shaped coffee filters. Future guests - buy these yourself. In the living room, we would have liked to have a curtain that could be closed to block out the very bright afternoon sun. There is no window covering of any kind on the sliding glass doors that face west so it is bright and warm in the late afternoon. Additionally, the property lights are bright at night and the blinds don't block out the outside lights. Black out or at least room darkening curtains would make it much easier to sleep. Some of the floor tiles are not installed correctly, creating a slight gap between tiles in some places, minor issue. It would be nice to have more than one pillow per person on the beds. FYI, bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall a great place to stay and could be made better with a few tweaks. It was nice to have dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels and trash bags already there so those did not have to be purchased. Also, we were glad to have beach towels for each guest. Some of the other towels/wash cloths were missing so not everyone had a full set.

"Overall the apartment was very nice. Great amount of space for a larger group. Only strange issues were poorly laid wood floors with gaps that I found odd for such an expensive rental. The management was easy to get in touch with prior to our weekend but during the weekend they were non responsive. It was a holiday weekend but no response to email and no way to leave a message on the phone number provided was unfortunate. Overall I would stay again though as it was nice and well located

"Would I stay here again....yes. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and great room was very nice too. Love the balcony. Had a great time in the pool. Loved being on the bay. The view was great too as it really was on the roof top deck as well. Very close to Duval St too. Less than a mile. There is only 2 things that could have been better....only 1 bedroom had a small closet. One room had a wardrobe where you could hang your clothes and a couple of drawers... But there were no hangers. Our bathroom did have what would have been a linen closet with no door which could easily be turned into a closet by just adding a pole to hang your clothes. I just thought that it was very strange that there’s no closets. We were there for a wedding and had dresses that had to be hung. The second thing was there are no washer and dryer‘s in the unit. They do provide two washer and dryer‘s up on the roof top But you had to pay to use them. After paying $5000 to stay there for a week the washer and dryer should really be included at no extra cost. Other than just those two things like I said the place was really nice I would definitely stay there again, my family and I did have a really great time.

"A group of co workers and I stayed here to escape the cold Wisconsin winter Jan 2021. It was amazing. The rental was so clean, there was so much space to spread put. The pool was great, being on the water was perfect. We called one night for extra pillows/blankets and they brought them promptly. We used the grill a few times. Within walking distance from Duval (25 minutes or so)... location was perfect - nice and quiet. Definitely would stay here again!!

Scenic Location

"We liked the layout of this unit as well as all the bedrooms and baths. The key pad entry is brilliant. The location was convenient to many activities and also walkable to some of our favorite places. What we didn't like was the lack of adequate window treatments which meant that the exterior lighting--which was extensive--could not be blocked out all night long. It made for many sleepless nights. This was compounded by the frequent foot traffic and accompanying sounds on the surrounding stairways just outside the bedrooms. There was no privacy in the living area at night because of the porch lights, which came on automatically and stayed on all night long....Again, no window treatment at all...

"Brand new condos that’s was perfect for a large group. Beautifully remodeled kitchen and each Bedroom has its own bathroom. Located fairly close to Duvall Street and the condo even has a bike rack to lock up your bike at night. I would definitely stay here again

"Beautiful grounds, newly remodeled inside. The condo was beautifully decorated. My only complaints are that the neighbors were noisy, we didn’t have a closet in our room, & we had problems getting into our condo. Better detailed instructions would be expected.
