"Seafarer’s Refuge” is a spacious home with the ability to sleep a large group comfortably, a private pool and tropically furnished yard, a prime Old Town location, and a private 43’ boat slip.

All of the typical Key West spots are accessible by a short walk or bike ride, but should you decide to drive there is private off-street parking for two cars with this home. The living area has a large flat screen HDTV with DVD player, which you can watch from the comfort of the plush living room furniture or the kitchen/dining areas thanks to the open living plan of this main floor. The living room sofa also pulls out to a Queen-sized bed for sleeping extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The dining area has seating for 8, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar.

Through the sliding glass doors of the living area is the private back yard complete with a large deck and a private pool. There are chaise lounges by the heat-optional pool when it’s time for a swim and some sun. A full outdoor dining set by the pool can comfortably sit 6. Cross the parking lot of this private complex to the docks where you will find your own boat slip.

The master bedroom is on the second level and has a King-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and a private balcony overlooking the water. The master bathroom is en-suite with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, a glass and marble shower. The second bedroom is also on the second living level, and has a Queen sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The second bathroom is also en-suite and has a tub/shower. The third level can sleep a total of 6: there is a private bedroom with two twin beds that can convert to a King upon request, and an open room with another 4 twin beds, which can convert to 2 King sized beds upon request. The third level accommodations share one full bathroom with a tub/shower. Additional sleeping area is available in the living room, as the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed. There is also a half bath off the living room on the main floor.

"We needed to find a place that held for couples on the island and I think by far this was the best choice. A private pool, a private dock three floors for plenty of separation in the bottom floor was super spacious. The kitchen made me wanna renovate my own. Just an excellent experience.

"The property was very clean, all accomodations were excellent, and handled 8 people without any difficulty. Its a great location and layout. Only BIG problem was the amount of grease built up on the grill. It was a serious fire hazard that could've ruined the trip. The grill needs to be cleaned after each tenant. Otherwise, the stay was uneventful and pleasant.

"Very beautiful, clean, and private house short walk to all of the key west attractions (Duval St, Southernmost point, Manga Manga, etc.) while still being far enough away to be peacefull. The private pool and patio was a perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. While we did walk most evenings it was also nice to have the parking spots behind the house for easy parking.

Property was exactly as described, the check in/out instructions were very well laid out and the property company was quick to respond to any questions.

"The house was perfect for the eight of us. We loved the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The location was walkable to everything Key West has to offer. We enjoyed the swimming pool however, it had way too much chlorine. Our bathing suits were faded. We had a wonderful long weekend and all of us wished we could have stayed longer.

"My daughter got married at the Hyatt and we needed a base location for the 10 of us whose ages ranged from 2 to 88. The unit was big, airy, clean, and located perfectly to quickly go back and forth. Our granddaughter loved the wading pool. The stairs were a bit challenging for grandma but slow and steady ruled the day. There was plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms for the 10 of us. The unit quickly felt like home. There were plenty of plates, utensils, glasses etc. Even enough champagne flutes to toast the new couple. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back here again.

"We booked this hose because there’s a a boat dock to dock our boat. The house is spacious for our group of nine. Very clean and location is quiet. Everything is nice except for the master bedroom bed, it’s loud. You will wake up your partner when going to the bathroom.

"We rented the home for a fun, low-key bachelorette weekend. The amenities, space, pool, and neighborhood were just perfect. We could have walked to Duval Street, but would advise using an Uber or renting a golf cart to zip around town. The tradeoff is a really quiet location with excellent service and communication throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend this property!!!

"We had a great experience at the house. Our first two days with the pool were upsetting. Upon entry to the house, the pool was filthy and cloudy. Management was notified and had a pool guy there the next morning. The pool remained unusable for an additional 24 hours until he came back out on day three. We did attempt to go in the pool on day two, the cleaner said it was safe despite the chemicals he dumped in but the kids skin began to become irritated. The pool was then safe on day three and we had no problems the rest of the week. We are unhappy that it took 3 days to be able to use the pool and think it should have been observed and taken care of prior to our arrival or at least been told it was being taken care of. We did rent a home specially with a pool as a preference. We understand things can go wrong but this was something that could have been prevented and caught prior to our arrival.

"A group of us stayed at Seafarer's Refuge for our first trip to Key West. I can honestly say that I was impressed with everything! The staff at Key West Vacation Homes was more than accommodating and Seafarer's Refuge was everything and more! The video advertisement for the house is great. The house looks beautiful in the video and, if possible, it was nicer and more impressive in person! Very spacious, clean, in great shape. Floor plan was perfect. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very short walk to our dock. We rented a golf cart to get around in Key West. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart. There's plenty of parking at the house. Parking was easy in town (end of January). The pool was great, heated, clean! Perfect for night swims! Highly impressed with the staff at KWVH. Javier, Doug, Angela, and Victor were extremely responsive and attentive. The staff is very organized and great with communication. It was refreshing to work with a company who is committed to customer service! It was an easy check-in and check-out. I am really impressed with Key West Vacation Homes and Seafarer's Refuge and have already recommended them to others. Will return! Thank you!!!

"Our experience was absolutely wonderful, I would stay again. The house was extremely clean, I mean the cleanest vacation home I have ever stayed in. "Location Location Location!! This property is a rarity with it's boat dock that nicely accommodated our 30' boat. We had Tropical Storm Elsa blow through and felt very secure in this home on the island. There's plenty of room for large families or multiple families. Having a pool to dip in to cool off midday or after boating was great!

"The home was perfect for our group of 9. We had plenty of room to enjoy each other's company, have dinner, lounge by the pool and sleep comfortably. A short uber or leisurely walk from Duval Street and all restaurants and shopping. I would only mention that the kitchen was not as equipped as I expected- for example, no tin foil and few pans/ dishes. If you plan on cooking a lot during your stay, come prepared!

"Thank you key west vacation homes. Your home met all of our needs for my husband’s 50th birthday surprise. The house was clean and tidy and spacious and ample room for all of our guests . The walk to town was short enough to do several times a day. We did have a rental car which we used only for longer trips. Our day to day into town and back were walks through Key West history. The pool was nice and warm and we used it every single day. There was plenty of amenities, towels, kitchenware to make everything convenient without any hassle. For our large group this house met all of our needs And more! We give five stars to every category and would love to book our next trip with Key West vacation homes. "Well, when you are paying over a thousand dollars a night for a place, you expect everything to be perfect. We go there at four in the afternoon, parked the cars, and got a taxi into town. By the time we got back, it was too late to call the management company about all the problems in the unit.

"The Seafarer's Refuge was the perfect place for a weekend with a big group. Everyone had a bed, the house had all the bells and whistles, the outdoor patio and pool were perfect to end each night.

Although the location was a bit far from Duval, it was a nice walk that led us to Incas Restaurant - delicious ceviche. We took Ubers or rode bikes otherwise.

"We slept 10 ppl very comfortably at this house! Having the dock was amazing and very easy access out to the water! The pool was on point after being out in the sun all day to cool off. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

"We stayed with a group of 9 guys for a bachelor party. The house was huge and in great shape. We could walk to some restaurants and Dauntes pool party. The pool they have is small but good enough to hang out and take a dip. It’s heated so it’s more like a big hot tub.

"Our group of eight really enjoyed the open plan of the house. The upstairs open room worked well for the teenagers. We had a local family of 4 join us for dinner one night and there was plenty of room. Parking is tight. Would definitely stay again.

"This house was outstanding! great layout for ten friends. First floor is super open, two bedrooms with own bathrooms on the second floor, then a loft area and another additional bedroom on the third floor. Small pool out back - not much sun, more for a late night soak. We HIGHLY recommend renting bikes. This house is a great bike ride away from all of the bars and attractions.

"Perfect house for our group of 8 which included 6 teenagers! Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Javier was a nice host who provided us with lots of information before we arrived. Make sure to make use of the grocery delivery service! It was a huge timesaver and we ordered everything we needed for breakfast and snacks.
